I need something to occupy my time. Something bigger. Something better. I tried to get a photo gallery installed here, but I can’t get anything to work right. I need… I was going to say I needed more time. Least that I get into that rut again.

Before I took off for class today I poked around at some sites online. One of them that I happened to be looking for was one that went by the title of “The End of Free”. Now the actual domain of that is gone. It seems like even the creator of Blogger has gone to WordPress. One of the sites I came across was Obvious.com. One of the posts on there was “a great place for creative, smart people to work.” It made me think of when Blogging was something for creative, smart people to do. We didn’t have bloggers who posted just anything. We had intelligent posts. We had creative posts. Blogging has changed in the past seven years. Now anyone with an internet connection and 15 minutes to take out of their day can have a blog. Most of the posts I see out there are dull and boring or they’re out and out hateful. I don’t want to read about other people’s hate or uncreative issues. I hear enough of that in my daily life.

And now I need to pay attention in class. The teacher is giving me the stink eye. =)
