Unaffected I’m Not

I feel sick. Still. As if I’m going to throw up at any moment. Visions of last night are still haunting me, and I don’t know what to do to stop them. I tried getting out of the house for a few minutes. I tried cleaning up the bedroom and the rest of the house. I tried cleaning around. I tried sipping some wine. I tried watching TV, listening to the radio, watering the plants, nothing helped. Of course the house smells better, though. But that doesn’t make my mood any better.
People got fighting here. Arguing and decided to demand that I take sides. Um, no. I don’t care if my in-laws kill each other, as long as they don’t break my things, make a mess that I’ll have to clean up, or get me involved.
I appreciate people leaving comments of concern. I don’t plan on doing anything crazy. I just want the pain to stop. I’m glad someone cares.
