I Was Up Before The Dawn

For some reason, I woke up at 5am. It was still pitch black out. Today is going to be one of those long, weird days that just drags on forever and nothing really significant happens. Chloe doesn’t have school on Wednesdays, so everyone is going to be here all day long.

Chloe and I watched the sun rise this morning. I’ll never get sick of watching the reddish-orange glow of the sky and the world around me as the sun rises. It’s not quite like the purple-ish orange of the sunset, but it’s just as awesome.

With nothing else to do at 5am, I put in a load of laundry (luckily, I only have two loads to do today!!) and I have plans to go to the post office after a while. Nothing significant. Nothing important. Or maybe I just feel that way because I have yet to get some caffeine in me?

Nothing from last night was resolved. I have to wonder if it will ever be resolved.
